mGES Consular Service

Through our mGES platform Expatriates can apply for passport renewal or lost passports in three ways: By directly scheduling embassy appointments from the app, through the mGES app, and via mobile embassy teams who visit the applicant. Notarization & Document Attestation: Apply for official document attestation directly via mGES platform. Certification Services: Apply for birth certificates and other embassy-issued documents through mGES.

mGES Dead body Transportation

Any expatriate, or their friends, workers, or relatives can apply through the mGES platform for full support in repatriation of deceased expatriates. Support covers all processes from paperwork to cargo arrangements. Upon receiving the application, the mGES team will undertake all necessary procedures. This includes fulfilling compliance requirements and completing all official formalities. Full assistance will be provided in repatriating the deceased to their family members. Facilitation of disbursement of wage earners’ benefits to the rightful beneficiaries.

mGES Legal Aid support

Any expatriates can apply for any kind of legal helps through our mGES platform. The designated legal panel of mGES will address and resolve all legal matters upon receiving a formal request from the concerned expatriates. The panel will ensure that each case is handled with due diligence, confidentiality, and in accordance with the applicable legal procedures.

mGES Skill Upscalling

The mGES platform will facilitate free skill upgradation certificates, technical training courses, Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL), and other skill enhancement programs as needed. Expatriates can conveniently apply for their skill development programs through the mGES platform. Additionally, expatriates may also submit requests for specific skill upgradation programs tailored to their requirements.

mGES Health issue (Physical & Mental)

Expatriates can easily apply online counselling and mental health support, including Natural Language Processing (NLP)-based emotional wellness tools and occupational health services.

Banking and remittance issue

We operate a dedicated, fully e-wallet and remittance license from Central Bank of Malaysia, Bank Negara Malaysia that enables expatriates to conveniently manage all their daily financial and banking activities, including sending remittances to their home country through proper banking channels. In addition, expatriates can easily top up family members’ mobile phones, pay utility bills, purchase air or bus tickets, and perform various other transactions in their home country using the same platform, among many other services.

mGES Travel Assistance for Expatriates

We have our own Air Ticket purchase services from where the expatriates can easily enjoy the travel agency facilities & get the ticket done in any part of the world including his going back home. Our expert and friendly staffs will ready to serve the expatriates to help pre-arrival and departure airport services to ease travel processes for expatriates through our “Happy Airport Services”.

Expatriates often have limited access to entertainment and recreation; Hello Superstars addresses this gap by offering a dedicated, interactive platform tailored for working-class migrants, enabling leisure, engagement with celebrities, and meaningful social connection while living abroad.

mGES Security

In case of emergencies, expatriates can activate the SOS button to receive immediate assistance. Upon activation, the SOS button will transmit the expatriate’s live location for tracking purposes. The designated mGES security and rescue team will promptly respond to ensure the expatriate’s safety, providing immediate support through our trained security personnel, rescue team, or other authorized members.

The SOS Button in the mGES app is a core safety feature that enables users to instantly send emergency alerts along with their live location to the designated Welfare Center. Once activated, the system triggers real-time notifications, allowing authorities to quickly assess the situation and deploy the nearest support personnel, representatives, or security teams for immediate assistance. In critical scenarios such as accidents, conflicts, or war-like conditions, the SOS feature facilitates urgent intervention, including coordination for rescue and evacuation. By integrating real-time tracking, rapid response mechanisms, and centralized coordination, this feature establishes a strong and reliable safety network for expatriates, ensuring they are protected, supported, and never left alone during emergencies while reinforcing the platform’s commitment to user safety and well-being worldwide.
